Join me in welcoming my latest book:
Magnificent Mimi - The Dinosaur Dilemma
Having always been inspired by the innocence and wonder of children, I started to write stories and poems that captured the magic of these adventures and discoveries - many taken from precious moments and memories with my own grandkids.
Join me and my new sidekick, Magnificent Mimi, as we explore her imagination and her magical, limitless world of wonder, amazement and experiences.
Mimi spends her inspiring curious young girls and boys,
encouraging them to stop, look, feel & ask -
and to have ‘Magnificent’ life adventures -
each in their own special way.

After 20+ years of study, co-author Gerbrig Berman
and I wrote a book about the inspired transmissions
and aphorisms we received and taught our clients,
and then transcribed and translated these
'Teachings from the Team'
into different applications and exercises.
Uncharted Corners is less a ‘Who dunnit?', and
more a ‘How to’ book - helping one to connect to
one’s higher dimensions and broader spiritual awarenesses.
This is a guidebook for unleashing and realizing your full potential - injecting the mystical into the mundane.

Over 10 years ago, I started curating and posting random and whimsical photos of hearts and patterns I found in nature, collecting them on Unexpected Hearts.
The magic, adventure and delight of finding these serendipitous treasures was more fully ignited when
my co-conspirator grandkids joined me on these hunts.
We forged new and lasting bonds -
and I thank each of them with all my hearts.
Unexpected Hearts is a reminder of the joy of nature and the physical manifestation of love in the world.

I have always been a dedicated and passionate advocate for Mental Health, and one of the driving forces
behind a local Canadian organization [MH;EB]
Mental Health; Everybody's Business
(formerly Crazy about Mental Health)
The history of my namesake, Aunt Rose Schultz,
fuelled me with a passion and determination to help eradicate stigma and encourage people to speak out:
making it as COMMON, COMFORTABLE and
ACCEPTABLE to discuss one's mental health
as it is to speak about Cancer.
We co-sponsored a graphic novel titled Feeling Weird, highlighting youth dealing with mental health and offering resources for teens, schools and parents alike.

In 1984, I met Dr. Sandra Seagal at an introductory workshop on Human Dynamics. This profound encounter led me on a course of study and self-examination
that transformed me - personally and professionally -
for over 30 years.
The understandings of Human Dynamics are universal: they apply regardless of age, culture or gender.
They shed light on the different ways
in which people are naturally “designed”
to communicate, relate, learn and collaborate.
The knowledge and practices of Human Dynamics can
be applied on both personal and transpersonal levels.
Human Dynamics has made contributions globally in the fields of business, education and health. I was pleased to introduce Dr. Seagal into London Life Insurance, thus bringing Human Dynamics into Canada, showing them what this work could offer their organization.

Trager Bodywork is movement re-education.
I was blessed with having trained under
Dr. Milton Trager, a pioneer in the Mind / Body Field.
I have been a teacher and practitioner for 35+ years.
In parallel with my Trager training, I learned a great deal from Dr. Sandra Seagal - discoverer and initiator of the Human Dynamics body of knowledge.
Using the table work and self-care aspects of
Trager movement (Mentastics), and incorporating
the understandings of Human Dynamics,
this blended approach led to the creation my new
Trager elective: The Dynamic Language of Touch.

Established in 1968, I was Co-Founder (with Arlene Gladstone)
of Block Parent®, the largest and longest running
Child Safety program in Canada.
London’s National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW) -
working closely with police, schools and school boards -
adapted the program to meet local needs.
We created an educational module that was launched into every elementary classroom and recruited Parents from the PTAs.
Once established and handed over to London’s Pedestrian Safety Council, the program went nationwide in 1972.
Dedicated to the late Ellen Brownstone (NCJW)
and victim Frankie Jensen (RIP) and family,
whose tragic abduction and death was our call to action.
*In early 2025, a history titled Guardians of the Community:
The Block Parent® Program of Canada (by Dr. Kim Varma and Kanwal Khokhar) will be published by University of Toronto Press.
